4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Customers can track their orders in real-time using the provided details.


5. Delays in Delivery
Borealix is not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If delivery fails due to incorrect information:
Re-shipping charges may be applicable

If the package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept it.
Contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof for assistance.
