Return & Refund Policy – Borealix
1. Return & Refund Request Window
Customers must request a return or refund within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return & Refund
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in original condition without any damage
Have all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact
Be reported within the 48-hour window
Not fall under non-returnable categories
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible:
Customized or personalized products
Sale / clearance items
Used, washed, or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
4. Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, report within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos as proof
Eligible for free replacement or full refund
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
Once approved, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to:
Original payment method, or
Bank/UPI transfer (for COD orders)
6. Shipping Charges
Free return shipping for defective/wrong items
Customer bears return shipping cost for other returns
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
8. Important Note
Borealix reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request after reviewing the condition of the product and the validity of the claim.
Requests that do not meet the above criteria may be declined at the sole discretion of the store.
